A very common axial leaded through-hole package used for diodes. Can be mounted vertically with a 2.54mm pitch to save PCB space (sometimes called the DO-15V package).

The peak pulse power for these diodes is typically 500W. For a TVS diode in the DO-15 package the peak current pulse is typically 54.3A (based on the 10/1000us rating).
